Terms and Conditions – ZR999 Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZR999 platform accessible at zr999.onl, including all gaming services, sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, promotions and any associated mobile applications. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing an account with another person, allowing someone else to place bets from your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

ZR999 accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallet methods that are available in the Deposit section of your account. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion required.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding your ZR999 gaming balance and placing bets on the platform. The platform does not operate as a financial institution or e-money service. Your ZR999 balance is a playing balance and is not interest-bearing.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in the Deposit section before you initiate any transaction. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

ZR999 does not accept deposits that originate from third-party sources. The payment method you use must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person may be refunded and your account reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals in PKR are paid out to the registered JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account associated with your ZR999 account.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, ZR999 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be held pending verification and will be released once verification is satisfactorily complete.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers typically take one to two business days. Card withdrawals may take three to five business days depending on your card issuer.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements — a requirement to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game restrictions are stated on each individual promotion.

ZR999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or by creating multiple accounts will be voided and the account reviewed.

These rules govern how the game is played, how winnings are calculated and how disputes are resolved. You are expected to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing.

In sports betting, ZR999 accepts bets on listed markets at the displayed odds. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to an obvious error may be voided — this is defined as odds that are materially different from the true market price at the time of placing.

In live casino games, the outcome of a hand or spin is final once the round is closed. Any technical issues that occur after the bet is placed and before the round closes are recorded on the server, and the result stands. In the event of a disconnection after the round closes, your balance reflects the correct outcome upon reconnection.
